Week 5 teacher of the week is our amazing dance/yoga/choreography teacher Miss Kamrie McCandless. Miss M as she is so lovingly known was nominated because, “She works really hard. She helps everyone feel like they are improving in dance. She helps if a student is struggling. She makes every student feel loved. She also has the kindest heart. Also, she does a lot for me.” Thank you Miss McCandless and congratulations!

NASA Here We Come!!

On October 5th, SFHS is excited to send five of our own high school students to NASA headquarters for Delta's 5th annual WING (Women Inspiring our Next Generation) Flight. In one whirlwind of a day, Katelyn Gappmayer, Allyson Roman, Grace Thacker, Daisy Gonzalez, and Ember Lee will travel roundtrip to and from the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Here they will receive first class treatment as they visit the space center and meet with female astronauts. Please congratulate these five women and wish them well on their NASA adventure!
