Looking to make your holidays a little bit easier? Spanish Fork High School is hosting Tree Fest December 4 and 5. At this event decorated trees, wreaths, advent calendars, gift baskets and more will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to Operation Underground Railroad. We invite you to visit us and see the trees or do everything from the comfort of your home with our online auction.
During the afternoon of December 1st, Key Club got together with the PTSA and decorated a Christmas tree for a mini Festival of Trees that the student council will be holding this weekend. The Christmas trees displayed there will then be donated to Operation Underground Railroad where they will be sold. The money will go to O.U.R, which is a charity dedicated to helping human trafficking victims.
If you plan on participating in extracurricular activities, we will be holding our first round of school-based COVID-19 tests. They will be on Wednesday, December 2nd. Your coach or adviser will have your exact testing time, so please communicate with them to find out when you're testing if you haven't already! In order to test, you must have this consent form filled out and signed. If you have any questions, ask your coach or adviser. Thank you!
If you are wanting an opportunity to serve your fellow student body this holiday season, we invite you to take part in our SFHS giving tree! It is located in the library. If you want to participate, take an item from the tree and let Mrs Plewe or Mrs. Williams know your name and the number you took. All items need to be returned by December 11th to Mrs. Swenson. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
