ProStart Foods Class Feeds Teachers
The ProStart Foods class at Spanish Fork High School showed off their skills as they continued “Feed A Teacher” luncheon this year. Every staff member was invited to participate in a special lunch cuisine created by the ProStart class members. The ProStart class is an advanced food course. The curriculum is from the National Restaurant Association that gives high school students a jump start in the restaurant business. Not only do students focus on the culinary arts and food preparation, but they also receive training in the business side of running a restaurant.

Auto Body Car Show Revs Up Students
Students from Spanish Fork High School have the opportunity of being in a very special program available in only a select few schools in the area; this program is called Auto Collision and Repair. Students that have completed a “Project” put their car in a show at Spanish Fork High School during the school day of May 21, 2010. They showed off their repairs and modifications on their cars, and sat back and relaxed after a hard year of collision repair!
