Floral Shop Open House

Spanish Fork FFA is hosting an open house for their remodeled floral shop on January 24th from 5:30 to 7. Students, faculty and community members are invited to bring their families to the open house. There will be fun workshops, a raffle and refreshments will be served. Please come! It will be fun!

Mr. Warren is the UtSTA Outstanding Biology Science Teacher

Brad Warren is a Biology/Medical Anatomy Teacher for Spanish Fork High School. This is his twenty first year teaching, sixteen at Spanish Fork High, and his first five at Payson Junior High School. He currently teaches Biology 1010 CE, Biology 1610 CE/AP Biology, and Medical Anatomy/Physiology courses to grades 10-12. He received his B.S.in Biology from The University of Utah and his M.D. in Education from The University of Phoenix. He has earned the Spanish Fork High School “Teacher of the Year” award for 2013.

Internships Available

A high school internship may be exactly what you need to give yourself real world experience in an occupation that interests you. Internships are available to Juniors and Seniors in all career fields, including health science, education and training, marketing and finance and so much more!  Better still, internships count towards a CTE Pathway for students who would like to graduate with a pathway certificate in a specific field of study. Pick up an application today from Mrs. Seale in the counseling office if you'd like to apply for an internship for 2nd semester.

Teaching as a Profession

SFHS is offering a new course for students interested in becoming Elementary or Secondary education teachers. The Teaching as a Profession class will be offered beginning second semester during A2 and A5 by our amazing family and consumer science teacher, Whitney Carter. Students interested in registering for the class can register online using Aspire or go to the counseling office for more information.
