Drama Dons are State Champs!!

This weekend our Drama Dons hosted the state championship. Dons, congratulate your new state Drama champs! Our Drama Dons killed it. Out of the 23 entries, 18 won Straight Superior, the highest score they can get. Bethany Wilson won 3rd in state for her monologue, Rachael Jack won 1st in state with her Musical number. Justin Butler, Zephon Festi, and Tori Crane took 2nd place in Classical Scenes. Kialey Smith and Logan McGraw took 2nd in state with a scene, with Brenden Anderson and Rachel Johnson right behind them in 3rd.

UVU Concurrent Enrollment Student Art Show

Congratulations Erika Kunz and Sterling Brinkerhoff! They have been accepted as finalist in the 2018 UVU Concurrent Enrollment Juried Student Art Show!

Please congratulate these students when you see them. Stop by the show from May 4 – May 14, UVU Fulton Library, Third Floor Gallery.  The Library is closed May 5-6.

ALC Students from Spanish Fork HS Win Code Camp 2018

I would like to congratulate the team from the Nebo ALC who won the 3rd annual Code Camp. The Code Camp is sponsored by the Mountainland CTE region, MTech, and Xactware. The students had 24 hours to design an application, created it, and have working a working prototype. The ALC team had 1 student from Salem Hills HS & 3 students from Spanish Fork HS. Their application was 1st place in the business division of the competition.

Recycle and Re-Design Fashion Show

Fashion and Textile Design students have created outfits using recycled materials.  They will present these on a runway in a competition the evening of Tuesday, April 17th at 6:30pm.  Come see their designs and cheer them on as they showcase these designs.  Cost is $3.00 per person or $10.00 per family.  Hope to see you there!
