Nate Melton, a special education teacher at Maple Grove and Spanish Fork High, was recognized this past week at the Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders (CCBD) Conference in Salt Lake City. Nate was recognized with the Ken Reavis Special Educator of the Year Award. 

Nate has been teaching in Nebo School District for 10 years. Until this year, he worked in the elementary options units providing support to a wide range of students. Now, he is working with middle school and high school students. 

We are excited to recognize some of our amazing student athletes each week! This week our Athletes of the Week are Sarah Seeley (Cross Country) and Teni Worthen (Football)!!

Thanks for everything you do in our classrooms, and outside of the classroom!!

Mrs. Ford’s Business Office Specialist students have the unique opportunity to become Microsoft Office Specialists by taking the industry-recognized MOS exams. Students who earn these certifications will possess marketable skills that will get them hired faster, and give them high-growth, advancement, and salary opportunities right out of high school!

Our Drama Dons are already off to a great start! They recently took 2nd Place at the Shakespeare Competition! We can't wait to see what these amazingly talented students continue doing the rest of the year!  

Congratulations to the following students who were “Caught Livin’ the Don Life”! We are proud of these terrific students!

This is a great workshop to help parents understand the IEP Process, communicate more effectively with teachers, and be more prepared to be collaborators at IEP meetings!  

The meeting is on October 19th via zoom, so anyone can join, but they will need to RSVP as soon as possible!
