FFA had some students had some awesome success on Friday. The proficiency award program recognizes students for the skills they have developed through their Supervised Agriculture Experience (where they take what they learn in the classroom and apply it in a real world setting). In January 11 of our students were named Area Winners (our version of region).

Congrats to our amazing Drill team. This past weekend, they won 2nd place in Dance category, 2nd in character, and 3rd overall. This was the teams best placement in 15 years of competition. Way cool and what an accomplishment!! Great job Drill Dons!!

Spanish Fork High School hosted the Region 10 Drill Competition on Thursday, January 25th. The Spanish Fork Drill Team competed against the other Drill Teams in our Region and were able to take home the Region Title! The support of our Student Body and Community was incredible! Congratulations to Melissa Monroe and Pieper Hess for placing Top 5 in the Drill Down, and congratulations to Matti Bennett, Camryn Oldham, and Belle Gordon for being recognized as All-Region Drill Team Members. Another congratulations to the many members that were recognized for All-Region Academic.

Congrats to our cheerleaders for taking first place at their competition last Saturday! They have had an amazing season, going undefeated at all 3 of their competitions! Congrats girls and good luck at Nationals next month!
