Today we are having our first Don Hour of the school year. 5th period will end at 1:05, then Don Hour will run from 1:10-3:30 (2 hours and 20 minutes). This time will be used for student makeup and additional instruction time! We are giving double detention credit for students who attend. We hope all of our students take advantage of this opportunity!
As you may already know, this week is Utah College Application Week! We will be helping seniors complete and submit college applications as well as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Utah College Application Week (UCAW) combines these two major pieces of college readiness and will provide students with step-by-step instructions and assistance to complete and submit a college and FAFSA application. Here a schedule of the events:
On Tuesday, October 4th, BINGO cards will be handed out during advisory.

Some of our team captains and student leaders were able to go to Nebo’s Captains Academy and learn from Veteran, Jordan Stevenson! It was such a great experience for them and we can’t wait to have Jordan speak to our whole school at our Veterans Day assembly!
Big news! Our Dons Golf team battled for the Region Title yesterday! Preston Field won the day with a great round. Our team also beat the next closest competitor by 19 strokes to claim region in a commanding fashion. Great representation by the Dons! Can’t wait for State!
