Spanish Fork High School's 2014-2015 sterling scholars have completed their portfolios and are now awaiting the next stage of the competition. Each sterling scholar specializes in a different academic category in which they excel.
Business and Marketing scholar Ed Estrella says, "I like finding out what people are into and how to make a product people like."
Ashley Byrne, Visual Arts scholar says, "I love art and everything about it. It's my way of expressing myself."
Social Sciences scholar Baylie Nusink dreams of becoming a Civil War era professor. "I like the stories of history. There is a humanistic quality to it," says Nusink. Each scholar shows a great passion for their subject area.
