The Spanish Fork HIgh School marching band placed fourth in a competition held in Herriman on October 5, 2013. The band missed finishing higher by only a few points. The color guard placed third.
The band was perfect at the musical section. The whole band did great with visual effect.
"This was our cleanest show that we have done all season," said Sarah Nasson, color guard coach. "We will not always get a trophy, but as long as we had fun and did our best, there is nothing to worry about."
Nasson and band director Clint Roberts are confident that the band will do better next time and just keep improving at every competition.
