We are super proud of our Wrestling Teams and how the performed at State last weekend! We had 2 Lady Don Wrestlers qualify for State, and 1 placed! 15 boys qualified, and 8 placed! Our very own Karson Shelley is a back-to-back STATE CHAMP and our boys team took 4th overall. Congratulations on a fantastic season!
Congratulations to our Swim Team for participating at State last weekend. Both boys and girls took tenth place overall. Top 16 finishers included: STATE CHAMP Feliks Czarnecki- 1st in 50 Free and 7th in 100 free!! Coco Riding- 7th in 500 free and 8th in 100 free. Mara Erickson- 14th in 100 Breast. Alex Nielsen- 10th in 100 Breast. Women 200 Medley Relay placed 12th. Men 200 Medley placed 7th. Women and Men 200 Free relay placed 7th. Great job on a fantastic season!! We are proud of you!!
Heidi has received many calls from parents requesting information/resources for challenging behaviors with their children who have neurodiversities, behavior concerns, and various disabilities, etc. We have decided to offer a free hybrid in-person AND live zoom workshop on March 9 through Nebo District/Utah Parent Center to help answer difficult behavior questions parents may have, and to help them know what they can do as parents. This workshop can be attended by anyone who is interested and will apply to both children and teens.
All Nebo schools will be open on the regular schedule for Thursday, February 23, 2023. We truly appreciate the city, county, state, and district personnel for their diligent work in our recent storm across our district. Please remember that school closures are rare. In most cases, school will remain in session even with Utah's climate. Because weather conditions may vary greatly in different neighborhoods and on different streets, we encourage parents to make attendance decisions for their own students.
SFHS Families:
On Thursday, February 16th, the Utah County Swat team will be doing a training in a home near Spanish Fork High School on 300 West. This will take place from 1:00pm to 5:30pm. Please do not be alarmed by the heavy police presence.

We are super excited for our Parent Teacher Conference tonight! Teachers will be in their classrooms the whole night, not in the Main Gym. PTC will start at 3:00 PM, pause for a short break from 5:15-6:00, then resume until 8:00 PM. We hope you take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and come visit with the amazing teachers at SFHS! Students will receive 2 hours of detention credit if a parent/guardian attends!
Our finance office and counseling office will both be open as well. If you need their services, feel free to stop by!
