🔴⚪⚫ Welcome to Mrs. Cabreros! 🔴⚪⚫

Hi! I am Kelly Keel Cabreros, and I am thrilled to be teaching English at Spanish Fork High School (and SFJHS) this year! My college journey began many years ago at the University of Oklahoma, and I recently graduated from Utah Valley University with my English Education degree. I love how the study of language and literature strengthens our communication skills and allows us to share our stories with one another. I am passionate about exploring new worlds and cultures and understanding the beauty of our connections through English Language Arts.

I am married to Ellison, and I am the mother of four boys, Bryn, Rhys, Cael, and Declan, and two pups, Toli' and Tsuki. I am originally from Oklahoma, so the Sooner pride runs strong in our family! We watch and play a lot of sports, especially football and lacrosse —although you will most often find me on the sidelines cheering and enjoying a good book!

Some things I love: time with family & loved ones; road trips, traveling, and going anywhere there's a river or ocean; reading and watching British mysteries; history; art; ghost stories; thunderstorms; fry bread with honey, Diet Dr Pepper, cheese enchiladas, and coconut shave ice! My two most favorite places in the world are: Punalu’u Black Sand Beach in Hawaii and Blue River in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
