Credit Recovery Summer Camp

Students/Parents/Guardians, 

We are so excited for this great opportunity for SFHS students who have failed a core class. We are offering a FREE Credit Recovery Summer Camp for any student who is deficient in graduation credit or who has failed classes in the past. Our goal is to help as many students as possible catch up on required graduation credits during the summer to help lighten their load of recovery needs during the regular school year. Please take advantage of this awesome FREE opportunity! Details of the camp are below: 

• Any student who is deficient can attend the Summer Credit Recovery Camp

  • Credit Recovery is only available for students who have received an “F” grade in a core class

  • This is not intended to help students get “ahead” in credits

• The Camp will be held each Wednesday in June and July- 9 total days

  • 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28

  • Students may come from 9 AM - 1 PM 

  • There will be teachers, trackers, counselors, and administrators available to help/tutor students with recovery packets

  • Math teacher/tutors will be available on 6/16 & 6/23, then 7/14 & 7/21

  • Students do not have to attend each Wednesday to earn credit, but attendance is encouraged so they can utilize the help of our support staff

• Recovery packets are FREE of charge if completed by August 2nd

  • Otherwise, the normal $35 fee for each packet will be required

• Students will receive Double Detention credit for attending the camp

• Students may bring their own Chromebook to use, or the Library Computer Lab will be available

• Check in/out at the counseling office each day
