Spanish Fork High School’s Prostart Class, advanced Culinary Arts, put on its first faculty luncheon of the year on Friday, November 5, 2010. They prepared and served exquisite sandwiches, an array of delicious soups, along with a light and tasty treat. The Prostart Class at Spanish Fork High School mainly focuses on preparing students to work in the food industry. Throughout the year, students will learn professional knife skills, complicated recipe tactics, and how to work successfully as a team. Hosting the faculty luncheons is a perfect learning environment for the students, and it treats the faculty to a professional meal. The Prostart Class experienced a great success putting on the first faculty luncheon of the year.
