Spanish Fork High school has been working hard to improve their art work and to show off their hard work. They will be participating in the 5th Annual Peteetneet Gallery Juried High School Art Show. Their art work will be hung for six weeks in October and November. The art show will be judged, which gives the students a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in entering competitive shows, and displaying their art with great confidence. They will be judgedby presentation and judges will decide what makes the over-all "look". All the art pieces that will not be judged will be hung upstairs in a "Salon des Refuses." Ribbons will be awarded for exceptional work. The Gallery is located on the main floor of the historic Peteetneet School at 10 south 600 east in Payson. It is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The art work will be displayed until Thursday, November 18th and will be judged the 8th of October. Donna Corno, the director of the Peteetneet Gallery said that the success of the first four shows is due to the beautiful art work the students have produced. So thanks to Donna for putting this all together and thanks to all the art teachers for putting in all their hard work in preparing the students for the show.
