Key Club Service Roadside Clean Up

On the morning of October 12th, the Kiwanis Key Club (service club) at Spanish Fork High School teamed up with Adopt-A-Highway Kiwanis Club and gathered at the IFA Store to pick up garbage along the road from there to the freeway exit in front of the Revere Health Center. The service project was a huge success; with almost 50 students arriving with gloves on their hands, and construction vests on their chests, the sides of the roads were cleaned, and then students gathered at the Revere Health Center for well deserved doughnuts and drinks. Key Club members will do this again in the Spring to help keep Spanish Fork clean! #sfhsrocksolid #spanishforkhighschool #foreveradon #DiscoverPowerWithin #NeboHero #NeboSchoolDistrict #StudentSuccess #EmpowerStudents #EngageStudents #FocusOnStudents #LoveUTpublicSchools #UtPol #UtEd #ThankATeacher #LoveTeaching

Teacher of the Week #8  is one of our FACS teachers and Football Coach Josh Jensen. He has been nominated because, “Mr. J Jensen because he is always so kind and really chill with people who play sports! He always wants you to succeed and gives you every tool you need to get there. He truly cares about how we are doing in our lives away from school and will always be ready to talk to you if you need it. I think he deserves an award for all the hard work he does. Teaching classes and coaching football must not be easy, but somehow he makes it all work.” Thank you Coach Jensen for all you do to make SFHS such an amazing place!
