It is with great pleasure we inform you that Mr. Joe Kelly has been recognized in Sterling Brinkerhoff's application for the Lynn Jensen Memorial Scholarship. Dr. Jensen was passionate about students, and the important role school counselors have in serving all students. The main piece of the scholarship application is to write an essay about a counselor who has made a difference in the student’s life. An essay was written nominating Mr. Kelly for the incredible work he is doing every day to influence students, and because of his essay, Sterling has been selected as a winner of the scholarship. This is a wonderful honor for school counselors, and we hope that you join us in congratulating Mr. Kelly!
