Congratulations to our amazing English teacher Mr. Alex Minson. Mr. Minson has been an intern teaching at SFHS for the past year and we are excited to have him back as a full time English and Debate teacher for the 2018-19 school year. Way to go Mr. Minson! We are proud to call you a DON!!
As many of you start thinking about buying flowers and planting a vegetable garden, keep SFHS Greenhouse in mind. Greenhouse management classes have worked hard planting seeds and caring for plants over the past few months. We have a variety of vegetable starts as well as annual bedding plants.
Governor Gary R. Herbert has declared May 3, 2018 as “Utah Prevention Day!” Utah Prevention Day gives schools around the state an opportunity to celebrate the prevention lessons that students have learned throughout the year. Teachers can review and reinforce those life skills taught before students leave for the summer. We want to protect our students from the dangers of drugs, under-age drinking, violence, crime, and bullying.

Join us for our Spring Dance Concert "PERCEPTION" presented by our SFHS Dance Department. Thursday May 10th 7pm in the auditorium. This concert will include our Dance Company, Dance 2 & 3, Social Dance 1 & 2, and Musical Theatre classes. Tickets are available for presale in the finance office or cash/check at the door. $5 Students, $7 Adults, & $20 for a Family Pass. Come support the arts and have a blast at the same time!
