Teddy Bear Project Exceeded Previous Years

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

The Letterman Club, HOPE Squad, and The HOSA Clubs joined forces to gather loveable teddy bears to touch the hearts of women and children at The Women Crisis Center.  Spanish Fork High School gathered over 700 bears.  This year was more successful than last year.  SFHS raised twice as much as they had in the past couple of years.  They went to the Bank of American Fork and from each club there was a member there to deliver them.  The Teddy Bear Project is known quite well in Spanish Fork High School.  Everyone gets involved so much to help out in every way.&nbs

Twelve Days of Christmas Delivered at SFHS

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on
The Twelve Days of Christmas for Spanish Fork High School started on December 1st and ended on December 16th. As a school, there were different items to collect everyday for kids in need that have never had any new things. Some of the items included pajamas, school supplies, cash, new underwear, unworn shirts, gift cards, personal hygiene products, etc. This project was a good lesson for all of the students. SFHS students learned about the true meaning of Christmas. Christmas is all about giving, not receiving.

Spanish Fork Choir Hosts Christmas Gala

On December 14, Spanish Fork High School choirs hosted the annual Christmas Gala. Guests were treated to a scrumptious dessert reception in the front commons of the high school. These tasty treats included catered brownies, éclairs, and hot cider. The decorations were wonderful. There were trees lit with Christmas lights and the ceiling of the main entry was strung with ornaments and garlands. The choir department went to a lot of work to make decorate the school for the Gala.

SF’s Got Talent!

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

The title is what it is! Spanish Fork High School is filled with talent and a great variety of it! On Wednesday, December 15,2010, Spanish Fork High School students were able to participate in a talent competition much like the one seen on television;  America’s Got Talent.  It turned out to be a huge success! Friends and family came to support each participant. Spanish Fork students arrived with songs they had written, and dance moves they made themselves.
