Hope Squad visits SFJHS

Submitted by bonnie.beckstead on

Last Friday, the Hope Squad visited the Spanish Fork Junior High eighth grade health classes as an assist in teaching the classes about suicide prevention.

The Hope Squad is a suicide prevention group who makes sure everyone has someone to talk to if they need it. They provide friendship to students who may not have someone to hang out with at school, and they play a role in keeping the school happy and safe.

Homecoming Week

Submitted by bonnie.beckstead on

To start off Homecoming week at Spanish Fork High the student council, spearheaded by Hailey Creer, Junior Class Officer, decided to do something new and paint the intersection at 200 W and Center. This was a big project and took many student council members and parents to complete. Our principal Matt Christensen and Mayor Leifson stopped by to congratulate the students. Great job student council! Go DONS!
