Toward the beginning of November, the Power Within Club ventured into Riverview Elementary School and delivered a presentation to boost self-esteem. They presented to the 6th graders who seemed to enjoy their wit and compassion. Doni Bufton (Riverview 6th grade teacher) said she and the 6th grade enjoyed the presentation. This year, the Power Within Club has done a great job in promoting self-esteem. Just two months ago, they were in Springville at Sage Creek Elementary visiting class by class of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. As a member, each person has the “power within” and plays a huge role in making a difference for future generations. Listen up and get involved with any activity that this club has to offer, because it will be well worth your time.
