Intern Prepares for College

The intern for this week is Gemily Haymore, who works at All State Insurance as an office administrator. Some of her duties include putting things together for mailing, scanning files, and making pamphlets. “My favorite part is that I get my own office,” said Gemily. “I don’t want this as a career, but I want a secretarial job to support me for a while.” This internship has also helped her in her preparations for life after high school. “I think this internship has benefitted me because it will help me get a job for college,” she said. Working at All State has helped Gemily to gain many skills that will help her in many jobs she may have in the future.
