The Don’s golfers finished their season in style on Tuesday by shooting their best team score of the year, a 307, at the difficult Sunbrook Golf Course in St. George. Elliot Naulu led the way with a stellar round of 68. Brennin Orr and Rustin Gordon pitched in by shooting 79 a piece and Jason Andrus shot 81. It was a great comeback after disappointing first round.
In the individual standings, Elliot Naulu was magnificent. His two round total of 75-68 left him one under par for the tournament. His chip on the last hole hit the flagstick and rattled out, leaving him just one shot behind the winner. His fantastic performance gave him second place in the state.
