DECA’s closing social features a published author as a guest speaker

During the later part of April, the DECA club had a fantastic closing social with an extraordinary speaker. An author, Rich Christiansen, who recently signed a contract with McGraw Hill for his newest book “The Zig Zag Principle” came to the class and taught some truly enlightening concept about business and entrepreneurship. Teaching about the importance about reaching your goals step by step, Rich held a intense hands on discussion where he gave “zigs and zags” of success in business. The event went very well including everything from the food to the lesson. By going to this event and ending the year of DECA with a bang, it is fair to say that the students in the Spanish Fork DECA club have reached a higher potential than ever.
